No. 621 – Hand Ventilator Setter

C.S. Osborne & Co. Brand, No. 621 – Hand Ventilator Setter

For setting 3/4” Ventilators:

1.- Punch 9/16 hole in material (Use Osborne No. 149 -9/16” punch or on vinyl use No. 149 7/16 punch).

2.- Lay ventilator neck up on base, place material over ventilator, now slip ventilator ring on bow side up. A few even taps with an Osborne Rawhide Mallet No. 196 will set ventilators.

For setting 1” Ventilators:

1.- Punch 3/4 hole in material(Use Osborne No. 149 -3/4” punch or on vinyl use No. 149-5/8 punch).

2.- Lay ventilator neck up on base, place material over ventilator, now slip ventilator ring on bow side up. A few even taps with an Osborne Rawhide Mallet No. 196 will set ventilators.
