CNC machined from high quality steel. Sharp teeth of 1/8" diameter that will cut the material and make the holes.

Cutter has a side release holes that help to easy release material being cut.

This cutter makes the holes to set C.S. Osborne & Co. No. K-4010 curtain fasteners.
